Auction terms

These terms apply to auctions held on webuyallcollections.com by WeBuyAllCollections, Thorn, the Netherlands.

Bidding

• Every bid is binding. If you hold the highest bid when a lot closes, you have bought the lot.
• With an auto bid, we bid for you one step above the next bidder, up to your maximum. Your maximum stays secret.
• A bid in the last 2 minutes extends the lot by 2 minutes, so everybody gets a fair chance to respond.
• Some lots have a reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the lot is not sold.

Price and payment

• A buyer premium is charged on top of the hammer price. The percentage is shown on every auction.
• VAT is charged on the hammer price and the buyer premium, unless stated otherwise.
• You receive one invoice per auction. Pay it before the collection day.

Collection

• Lots are sold as is, where is, and are collected in Thorn, the Netherlands, on the collection days of the auction.
• Bring your own transport and loading equipment where needed.
